Immunity Chi Kung

These are common and un-common taoist practices - chi kung - which can hope develop the body's immune system, and will help your energy levels and concentration. Better than café!. They are often used as warm-up exercises before other practices; they are great morning wake-up exercises and can be used when you have been sitting for too long and need to get up and re-focus..  Some of them will be used during the weekend Basics class and on other days. Taking Friday's class will help beginners get a head start on the weekend Basics class and for the advanced student, it is a good way to go over in more detail these exercises and understand why you have been doing them!  The explanations do not need pre-knowledge of the 5 elements which will be taught during the weekend.
